STUDIO APARTMENT RENOVATION

Para eso lo primero fue unir la terraza con el resto del apartamento mediante unificación de suelo y eliminación de la carpintería metálica que separaba en interior con el exterior. También se eliminó el tabique de separación de la cocina con el resto del estudio y se elimino parte de la pared de la entrada para obtener más luz y un aspecto mucho más grande. Se amplió la cocina dividiéndola visualmente con colores. Conseguimos el suficiente espacio para que la cocina tuviese todos los elementos de cualquier cocina grande y un aspecto estético que se fusionara con el salón. 

To achieve this, the first step was to unite the terrace with the rest of the apartment by unifying the floor and removing the metalwork that separated the interior from the exterior. The partition separating the kitchen from the rest of the studio was also removed, and part of the entrance wall was eliminated to create more light and a much larger appearance. The kitchen was enlarged by visually dividing it with colors. We achieved enough space to ensure the kitchen had all the elements of any large kitchen and an aesthetic that blended with the living room.

Las cristaleras, que ocupan toda la fachada, están diseñadas en acero y pintadas. Algunas partes de la fachada se cubrieron también de planchas de acero pintado. La carpintería de hierro en negro le otorga al Bar un toque elegante, industrial y moderno. La fachada puede abrirse en casi toda su totalidad, quedado todo el espacio abierto a la terraza para poder disfrutar dentro y fuera del mismo ambiente soleado. Por la noche se convierte en un elegante bar-coctelería.

The windows, which occupy the entire façade, are designed in steel and painted. Some parts of the façade were also covered with painted steel sheets. The black iron carpentry gives the Bar an elegant, industrial and modern touch. The façade can be opened almost in its entirety, leaving the entire space open to the terrace to be able to enjoy the same sunny atmosphere inside and outside. At night it becomes an elegant cocktail bar.
