Costa den Blanes luxury villa — 4 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, office, studio apartment, and garden. The owner is a busy businessman based in Germany with no time to manage suppliers, technicians, or ongoing property issues. Despite the villa being relatively new, a number of problems had accumulated and required attention.
Issues we resolved:

Water leakage from the roof garden

The pool counter-current system was faulty and repaired, along with the massage jets

Air conditioning units were leaking into the ceiling pipework

Multiple electrical faults were causing repeated failures in extractors, lighting, and other devices. We identified and resolved the underlying issues, then installed a voltage regulator to prevent recurrence.

Villa prepared for sale: we coordinated with a home staging company and brought in our landscaping team to enhance the exterior and grounds ahead of the sale.
CASE STUDY 02
Bendinat luxury villa — 4 bedrooms, outdoor pool, and garden. The property was completely renovated by a renowned local architect, but several issues remained unresolved. The owner, a busy consultant based in Germany, contacted us because the problems had persisted over time.
Issues we resolved:

The root cause was excess humidity inside the mechanical room, which had caused a cascade of failures throughout the property: the boiler, swimming pool equipment, electrical panels, and heaters were all affected. Installations had deteriorated due to rust and corrosion, rendering several of them unusable.

We designed and installed a ventilation system for the mechanical room to eliminate the humidity at its source.

We now manage and coordinate all suppliers, liaise with the building contractor to ensure outstanding maintenance works are completed, and keep the property in optimal condition year-round.
